Dennis Harrison - Co-Owner

Dennis Harrison graduated from the University of Nebraska. He was a three time academic All Big Eight Selection while earning a B.S. in History. As a gymnast, Dennis led Nebraska to the 1994 National Championship while winning the NCAA All Around Title. Following his career at Nebraska, he trained at the United States Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, CO. He was a member of the U.S. mens National team and has competed at the Olympic Trials and represented the United States in competitions against athletes from around the world. Following gymnastics he began coaching men and women's gymnastics at the University of Nebraska and the University of Florida. During his four year college coaching career he coached several All-Americans and six National Champions. Dennis moved to club coaching in 2001 taking the head coaching job here at Dynamo. He then joined Shannon for a year in Kansas before returning to purchase Dynamo from Steve Nunno. To this point as a club coach he has trained State, Regional, and National Champions. He has also placed 7 different athletes on the TOPS National Team, and was named Junior Olympic Region 3 Coach of the Year.

Shannon Harrison - Co-Owner

Shannon Harrison was one of the original Dynamo Gymnasts and the first Elite gymnast in Dynamo history. She is now the owner Dynamo Gymnastics. Following her gymnastics career she began coaching at Dynamo. She trained gymnasts at Dynamo for ten years before leaving for three years to run a program in Kansas. Shannon has produced numerous State, Regional and National Champions from level 4 to Elite. She has trained twelve Elite level gymnasts. Many of these athletes have represented the United States in International competition. She also trained America’s most decorated gymnast Shannon Miller for the 2000 Olympic Trials. Shannon is considered one of the nation’s top beam coaches. Shannon is from Yukon, Oklahoma and has a twenty-year-old son, Tate and a 4-year-old son, Jett.

Justin and Misha Tolbert - Co-Owners

Justin and Misha Tolbert started Airborne Athletics in May of 2011 with 5 kids, including their two daughters Emma and Aubree, in a 1200 sq ft church building in Sand Springs, OK. Nine months later they moved the gym with 100 kids to a 4500 sq ft building in Sapulpa, OK. Three years later they are moving into a brand new 12000 sq ft building right next door.  Justin & Misha started Airborne with two goals, first goal is to give their daughters a place to train in the sport they love and the second goal is to offer a safe place for children to come to, to keep them active and to make their dreams possible!
